Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel

This document sets out the required structure and the facts that must be supplied. It has not been validated by a qualified lawyer and must not be relied upon as it stands. Highlighted fields must be completed from the official register before this site is published commercially. See ops/LAUNCH_CHECKLIST.md.

These terms govern use of this website. They do not yet govern use of the Venkai software: there is no public distribution, no licence grant and no paid plan at this time. The software clauses below are marked as pending and must be drafted with counsel before any release.

1. Scope

This website is published by to be provided: name. Using it means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. What the site is

Informational material about a system under development. The benchmark figures published here describe measurements taken on a specific corpus, on a specific date, with the command stated next to each figure. They are not a performance warranty and not a representation about your codebase.

3. No offer, no availability commitment

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a commitment to ship, or a commitment to a delivery date. Features marked specified are not available.

4. Software licence — pending

The licence terms, permitted use, restrictions, support commitments, warranty disclaimer, liability cap and termination conditions for the Venkai software must be drafted before any distribution. This section is a deliberate gap and not an oversight.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, liability for use of this website is excluded save for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including death or personal injury. The precise wording must be reviewed by counsel — an unenforceable exclusion clause is worse than none.

6. Governing law

Belgian law applies. The competent courts are those of the publisher's registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rule that grants a consumer the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Questions: contact@venkai.fr.
